Job Description

As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying skill gaps and designing employee training programmes. You will collaborate with various departments to create learning initiatives that drive performance and engagement across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver innovative training programmes that enhance skills.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create a leadership development roadmap.
  • Facilitate team-building exercises to enhance communication and collaboration.
  • Research industry trends to inform training strategies.
  • Utilise feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and best practices among employees.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Learning and Development is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a corporate training environment

  • Kirkpatrick Four Levels Evaluation Certification
