Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist who is passionate about talent management and employee engagement. In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR support, helping to develop and implement HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
  • Develop onboarding programs that help new hires adjust to the company culture.
  • Support policy formation and compliance with employment regulations.
  • Promote employee engagement by managing feedback and recognition programs.
  • Maintain accurate records and HR data systems.
  • Identify training requirements in collaboration with department heads.
  • Manage employee benefits and handle related queries effectively.
  • Facilitate performance appraisal processes and support goal setting.
  • Prepare analytics reports to help drive HR strategies.
  • Assist in handling employee complaints and resolving conflicts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated HR experience
