Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Learning Program Specialist to lead our HR Management training initiatives. This role involves collaborating with HR leaders to create impactful learning experiences aimed at developing our talent pool. Strong skills in curriculum development and a background in HR are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive learning paths for HR Management that support career development.
  • Implement instructional design methodologies to improve learning outcomes.
  • Conduct regular needs analysis to tailor programs for various employee levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance and feedback.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to elevate overall training effectiveness.
  • Advise management on learning and development strategies and best practices.
  • Engage in ongoing personal development to stay current with HR trends.
  • Facilitate discussions and workshops to foster a learning culture within the organisation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design or training within HR
