Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations activities, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Job Responsibilities
  • Advise management on resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation between employees.
  • Monitor and report on employee satisfaction and engagement levels.
  • Implement programs to enhance workplace culture and morale.
  • Conduct regular audits of employee relations practices.
  • Work with leadership to develop and promote inclusion initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on employee relations best practices.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure compliance with labour laws.
  • Support the HR team in recruitment efforts with respect to employee relations.
  • Assist in the development of talent retention strategies.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • CIPD qualification preferred
  • UK Employment Law In-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation and regulations.
  • HRIS Software Proficiency in using Human Resource Information Systems.
  • Data Analysis Ability to interpret and analyze employee relations metrics.
  • Communication Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic approach.
  • Conflict Resolution Skilled in mediating and resolving workplace conflicts.
  • CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management
  • Chartered Member of the CIPD (MCIPD)
  • English (Fluent)

  • Experience working in a multinational organization: Understanding international employment practices and cultural sensitivities.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems: Experience in developing and applying performance evaluation processes.
