As an HR Generalist at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a vital role in managing HR operations in Sheffield. Your responsibilities will range from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
Responsibilities
Administer recruitment activities, including writing job descriptions and managing job boards.
Oversee employee onboarding and ongoing training initiatives.
Develop and update HR policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Advise staff on HR policies, practices, and employee benefits.
Manage employee relations issues and facilitate resolutions.
Support performance reviews and talent management processes.
Monitor and report on HR metrics and key performance indicators.
Assist in designing and implementing wellness and engagement initiatives.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
CIPD qualification is desirable
