We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Dundee office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law and compliance recruitment, aiming to attract and retain the best talent in the legal sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the legal department to align hiring strategies with business needs.
• Develop and maintain recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future positions.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for final candidates.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires in the legal and compliance teams.
• Identify and recommend improvements to the hiring process.
• Attend job fairs and networking events to represent the company.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance employer branding.
