We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our Birmingham team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation. Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
  • Develop and update HR policies to reflect current employment regulations.
  • Maintain continuous communication with employees to address concerns.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Keep records of employee performance reviews and follow up on action plans.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and suggest improvements.
  • Assist with the management of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provide HR support to management during employee disciplinary actions.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workforce.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • CIPD membership is an advantage
Experience
  • At least 3 years of HR generalist experience
