Job Description
As an HR Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR team with analytical insights and HR database management. Your analytical skills will help us better understand our workforce and improve our HR processes.
Responsibilities
Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance.
Coordinate and document employee development plans.
Review compensation trends and market data.
Prepare and present findings to management.
Assist in managing health and safety compliance.
Support in the organisation of staff events and activities.
Manage correspondence related to employee queries.
Review and update employee handbooks and policy documents.
Contribute to talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
CIPD qualification is preferred
Experience
3+ years of HR experience with a focus on analytics and reporting
