As an HR Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR team with analytical insights and HR database management. Your analytical skills will help us better understand our workforce and improve our HR processes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate and document employee development plans.
  • Review compensation trends and market data.
  • Prepare and present findings to management.
  • Assist in managing health and safety compliance.
  • Support in the organisation of staff events and activities.
  • Manage correspondence related to employee queries.
  • Review and update employee handbooks and policy documents.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition strategies.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HRIS Proficient in HR Information Systems for data management and reporting.
  • Data Analysis Expertise in analysing data for HR metrics and reporting.
  • Microsoft Excel Advanced skills in Excel for creating reports and data analysis.
  • Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Problem-solving Capable of identifying issues and recommending solutions.
  • Interpersonal Skills Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management
  • SHRM Certified Professional
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience in employee training and development: Hands-on experience developing and delivering training programmes.
  • Knowledge of performance management systems: Understanding of performance management frameworks and their application in HR.
