Job Description

Join our team as a Human Resources Manager, where you will play a key role in shaping company culture and HR practices. You will lead various HR initiatives, manage employee relations, and drive talent acquisition efforts to meet our growing needs. A strong understanding of HR law and strategic planning is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts and refine onboarding processes.
  • Implement training and development initiatives for employees.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and advocate for continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance on disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics to report on department effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with management to address organisational challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within HR policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management or a similar role
