Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our passionate team in Wolverhampton. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance management. You will play a critical role in our HR department, supporting our workforce and enhancing our company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes from job postings to the selection of candidates.
  • Provide HR support and advice to employees at all levels.
  • Track and analyze workforce metrics to inform HR strategies.
  • Enhance employee relations by resolving conflict and addressing concerns.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programmes.
  • Help facilitate performance management processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • CIPD Level 7 is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
