Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Liverpool. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various human resource functions, ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and policies, and supporting our staff in achieving their professional goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, including posting job ads and interviewing candidates.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees to ensure they feel welcomed.
  • Address employee concerns and provide effective HR solutions.
  • Organize and implement training programs to boost employee engagement.
  • Stay updated on UK labour legislation and ensure compliance.
  • Keep accurate HR records and manage HR software systems.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits coordination.
  • Contribute to organisational culture initiatives and employee engagement activities.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles with emphasis on recruitment and employee relations
