Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Manchester team. In this role, you will work closely with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring employee engagement and compliance with HR regulations. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in performance management, talent acquisition, and strategic planning. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company's culture and driving HR initiatives that support our growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Guide managers in handling various HR issues and staff relationships.
  • Design and execute leadership development programs.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and feedback.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to convey concerns.
  • Research and apply best practices in HR management.
  • Drive change management initiatives to support company objectives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience with a strong focus on strategic partnering
