Job Description

As a Learning Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing engaging training programs that foster professional growth within our team. You'll collaborate closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and curate personalised learning paths, ensuring our workforce is equipped to meet today's challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and leverage technology to enhance training delivery.
  • Create a learning management system (LMS) to streamline training administration.
  • Engage with employees to gather feedback on training sessions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align learning initiatives with business goals.
  • Update training materials regularly to reflect new information and developments.
  • Challenge conventional training methods to improve engagement and retention.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date.
  • Document training processes and outcomes for future reference.
  • Contribute to a positive employer brand through excellent training offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Learning & Development is advantageous
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in creating and delivering training programs
