Job Description

As a Benefits Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing our employee benefits programs. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our benefits packages are competitive, compliant, and meet the needs of our diverse workforce. This position requires a keen eye for detail as well as the ability to engage with various stakeholders to enhance employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administration of employee benefits and compensation systems.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting of employee benefits data.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for new benefits based on industry trends.
  • Ensure the efficient processing of benefits claims and employee inquiries.
  • Support in developing communication strategies for employee benefits.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark benefit offerings.
  • Act as a point of contact for any benefits-related issues within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related field
Experience
  • Experience in a similar role highly preferred

Certifications
  • CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice
