Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for various HR functions including administering employee benefits, supporting talent management initiatives, and enhancing our workplace environment. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment campaigns and talent sourcing strategies.
  • Support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee well-being and performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Assist with payroll processing and reporting.
  • Provide support for the annual performance review process.
  • Monitor key HR metrics and provide analytical insights.
  • Encourage a positive work environment and team collaboration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • CIPD qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on generalist functions.
