Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job advertising and interviewing.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, resolving conflicts when necessary.
• Maintain and update company HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Organise employee engagement activities and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations.
• Manage HR metrics and reporting for analysis and improvement.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• CIPD qualification is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in HR or a related role
