Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented HR Manager to lead our HR team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment to employee relations. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and enhancing employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive recruitment and retention strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed.
  • Implement and oversee employee wellness initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns regarding HR policies.
  • Develop and manage employee communication channels.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for recruitment and training needs.
  • Establish talent management strategies to enhance workforce capability.
  • Utilize HR metrics to improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • CIPD level 7 or equivalent qualification is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, especially in tech or innovative industries.
