Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Innovative Solutions Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in managing HR initiatives to support our workforce. Your responsibilities will cover a broad spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the recruitment strategy by identifying talent acquisition needs and managing the interview process.
  • Liaise with management to address HR issues and promote effective communication.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance staff skills.
  • Support the administration of payroll and benefits programs.
  • Keep up-to-date with HR trends and best practices.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Conduct exit interviews and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement HR initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Assist in the development of HR metrics and reporting for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles
