Looking for a Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll operations in our York office. This position will focus on compliance, data entry, and financial reporting, ensuring precision and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Coordinate payroll processing activities and streamline workflows.
Ensure payroll compliance with UK tax laws and regulations.
Provide training and support to staff on payroll systems and procedures.
Generate and analyze payroll reports for management review.
Perform audits to ensure the accuracy of payroll data.
Assist with the implementation of new payroll software solutions.
Requirements
Education
AAT qualification in accounting
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field would be an advantage
Experience
3+ years of experience in payroll and HR compliance
