Job Description

As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, you will be at the forefront of shaping our employee compensation strategies. The chosen candidate will research and analyse market trends to ensure our packages remain competitive. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance overall employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyse trends affecting the workforce and present strategic recommendations.
  • Develop customised training and development frameworks to meet client needs.
  • Support the integration of diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
  • Coordinate with HR teams to ensure consistent organisational messaging.
  • Track the outcomes of interventions and suggest adjustments as necessary.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and feedback across teams.
  • Assist in the design of succession planning strategies for critical roles.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Organisational Development or Psychology is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in organisational development, HR, or consultancy
