Job Description

Join our team as a Compensation Manager, where you will lead the development and implementation of compensation strategies across the organisation. You will ensure compliance with all legal requirements and drive a culture of continuous improvement in our HR practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the salary review process, ensuring adherence to budget and fairness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Advise on job classification and compensation structures.
  • Facilitate training for HR staff and managers on compensation policies.
  • Develop communication strategies regarding compensation changes.
  • Monitor and report on changes in regulatory frameworks affecting compensation.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • CIPD Level 7 is desirable
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in HR management with a focus on compensation
