Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR team in Swansea. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies, overseeing talent acquisition, and enhancing employee engagement and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Drive the HR agenda to ensure alignment with the company vision.
• Manage and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental goals.
• Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills.
• Lead initiatives to boost employee morale and job satisfaction.
• Assess training needs and ensure programmes are in place.
• Collaborate with other departments to support HR initiatives.
• Implement HR technologies to streamline processes.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on HR activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
• CIPD qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience leading HR teams
