Manage and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental goals.
Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills.
Lead initiatives to boost employee morale and job satisfaction.
Assess training needs and ensure programmes are in place.
Collaborate with other departments to support HR initiatives.
Implement HR technologies to streamline processes.
Provide regular updates to senior management on HR activities.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
CIPD qualifications are a plus
