Job Description

We are seeking a motivated HR Manager who will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement. The successful candidate will manage recruitment processes, develop training initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Design and implement staff training and development initiatives.
  • Monitor employee performance and conduct evaluations.
  • Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.
  • Maintain employee records and HR information systems.
  • Develop and manage the HR budget and resources.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's in Human Resources Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years in a senior HR role
