Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in Leeds. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts to fill vacancies in a timely manner.
  • Review and update employee handbooks and policy documents.
  • Provide support in managing employee performance reviews and disciplinary processes.
  • Implement HR systems and software to streamline HR functions.
  • Track HR metrics and prepare reports for management review.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.
  • Support communication of HR initiatives to all employees.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through team-building activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in HR management are preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a generalist capacity
