Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Leading HR Solutions Ltd., you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our HR functions. You will assist in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, and contribute to developing a supportive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Develop and conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and manage employee grievances.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Administer HR databases and ensure data integrity.
  • Design and deliver training and development workshops.
  • Review and update HR policies to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee annual performance reviews.
  • Organise team-building events and workshops.
  • Assist in managing employee benefits and compensation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • CIPD certification is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles
