Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Sheffield team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals, enhance workforce engagement, and drive organisational change.

Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs and facilitate skills development for enhancing team effectiveness.
  • Monitor and advise on HR trends and employee engagement metrics.
  • Assist in the development of succession planning initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on resolving complex employee issues and disciplinary matters.
  • Support managers in the interpretation and implementation of policies.
  • Participate in HR project initiatives such as employee wellness and engagement events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Sciences is a plus
  • CIPD Level 7 is advantageous

  • Proven experience in managing HR projects and strategies
