HR Generalist

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and training in our Swansea office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees to address HR concerns.
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops for skill development.
• Perform exit interviews and identify areas for improvement.
• Keep up-to-date with HR best practices and legislation.
• Contribute to creating a positive workplace culture through initiatives.
• Generate monthly HR reports for management review.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
• CIPD Level 7 is highly advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of HR experience, covering a range of HR activities

Certifications

• CIPD Level 3

Languages

• English: Fluent
