• Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates.
• Evaluate and refine existing HR processes for efficiency.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to management on HR matters.
• Assist in the development of HR metrics and reporting.
• Coordinate employee training and professional development programs.
• Manage HR communications and employee newsletters.
• Facilitate team-building and morale-boosting activities.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• CIPD qualification is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in HR roles
