As a Personnel Adviser, you will play a pivotal role in guiding both employees and managers through diverse HR challenges. Your expertise in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations will be essential for driving a thriving workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment and selection processes, ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Provide guidance on employee performance management issues, including evaluations.
• Implement HR policies to align with business objectives.
• Support managers in maintaining effective employee relations.
• Assist in data analysis to inform HR policies and procedures.
• Deliver training sessions on HR practices to staff.
• Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive employee information.
• Collaborate with the HR team to enhance workflow efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or related field
• CIPD Level 7 would be advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in HR operations

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office
• HR data analysis

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal skills
• Organisational skills

Certifications

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
• Chartered Member of CIPD

Languages

• English: Fluent
