Job Description

As a Training Coordinator, your role will be pivotal in orchestrating training programs that cultivate employee skills and boost performance. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and deliver effective learning solutions that align with our organisational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify skills gaps and recommend training solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive training schedules and maintain training logs.
  • Facilitate training workshops and ensure an interactive learning environment.
  • Track and report on training budget and expenditure.
  • Collaborate with management to set performance improvement plans.
  • Engage with learners to gather feedback and measure the impact of training.
  • Support the integration of new training technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience
  • 3-5 years in a corporate training environment
