We are seeking a proactive Learning and Development Manager to lead our training initiatives in Liverpool. This role involves designing, implementing, and assessing training programs that align with organisational goals and employee development needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation of learning strategies across the organisation.
  • Utilise a variety of instructional techniques and formats to enhance learning.
  • Assess participant progress and provide feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Develop training materials and tools that support various learning styles.
  • Conduct regular reviews of training materials to ensure quality and relevance.
  • Engage with external training providers to leverage their expertise.
  • Encourage employee engagement and feedback to improve training delivery.
  • Prepare reports on training outcomes and present findings to senior management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Learning and Development is advantageous
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS) Extensive experience in utilising LMS for training delivery and tracking.
  • Training Needs Analysis Proficient in assessing organizational training needs.
  • Instructional Design Skilled in creating effective instructional materials.
  • Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Analytical Thinking Strong analytical skills for evaluating training effectiveness.
  • CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience with e-learning platforms: Knowledge of e-learning development tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with blended learning approaches: Experience in designing and implementing blended learning solutions.
