Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Learning and Development Manager to lead our training initiatives in Liverpool. This role involves designing, implementing, and assessing training programs that align with organisational goals and employee development needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of learning strategies across the organisation.
  • Utilise a variety of instructional techniques and formats to enhance learning.
  • Assess participant progress and provide feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Develop training materials and tools that support various learning styles.
  • Conduct regular reviews of training materials to ensure quality and relevance.
  • Engage with external training providers to leverage their expertise.
  • Encourage employee engagement and feedback to improve training delivery.
  • Prepare reports on training outcomes and present findings to senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Learning and Development is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a Learning and Development role
