Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist who will play a key role in managing HR processes and supporting our employee initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring compliance with HR policies and driving employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Support hiring managers in talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes.
  • Assist in developing training materials and conducting workshops.
  • Collaborate with department heads to improve HR processes.
  • Provide support for health and safety policies.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and address any issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) is highly recommended
Experience
  • 3-5 years of generalist HR experience
