Job Description

We are in search of a proactive Learning and Development Coordinator who can spearhead training initiatives and support the ongoing development of our staff. The ideal candidate will have a rich background in HR management, coupled with a passion for empowering employees through tailored learning experiences. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our team's skills and capability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of training initiatives across the organization.
  • Assess training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with external training providers when necessary.
  • Monitor and report on training outcomes and employee engagement in learning.
  • Promote an environment of knowledge sharing within the organization.
  • Engage with employees to gather insights on training needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or relevant field
  • Professional qualification in Learning and Development is beneficial
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on training delivery
