Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Learning Development Manager to spearhead our training initiatives in Reading. The successful candidate will ensure all staff have access to the resources and programmes necessary for continuous improvement and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative learning strategies.
  • Conduct regular assessments to determine employee training needs.
  • Utilise digital platforms to enhance learning delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure training aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Evaluate training programmes and adjust content based on feedback.
  • Manage relationships with training vendors and consultants.
  • Encourage a culture of learning within the organisation.
  • Prepare reports on training initiatives and outcomes for stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Advanced qualifications in learning or HR management are preferred
