Job Description

As an HR Officer at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Human Resources initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering a positive work environment and experience in recruitment and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date HR policies and employee handbooks.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR processes.
  • Facilitate effective communication between management and staff.
  • Utilise HR software for record-keeping and reporting.
  • Support the performance management process by coordinating reviews and feedback.
  • Promote employee wellbeing initiatives and programmes.
  • Prepare compliance reports for various HR-related regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies that align with organisational goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sociology, or Psychology
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or employee relations
