Job Description

Join us as an HR Engagement Specialist where you will design and implement various employee engagement initiatives. This role involves working closely with teams to foster a culture of inclusivity and positivity. Your expertise will shape our approach to HR, making a real impact.

Responsibilities

  • Create and enforce programs to foster a culture of engagement and inclusion.
  • Oversee the onboarding process ensuring new hires feel welcomed.
  • Evaluate and refine current HR practices in alignment with employee feedback.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving employee morale.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote engagement strategies.
  • Communicate regularly with employees to keep them informed of engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present reports on engagement metrics to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration
  • Relevant HR certifications are preferable
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee engagement
