Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our Manchester office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the recruitment and selection process to hire top talent.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and training sessions.
  • Foster strong employee relations through effective communication.
  • Ensure adherence to employment policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and databases.
  • Support performance appraisal processes.
  • Engage in workforce planning and optimization.
  • Conduct investigations regarding employee grievances.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • CIPD certification is strongly preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant HR experience
