Job Description

As our HR Manager in Belfast, you will be at the forefront of our human resources strategies, working closely with leadership to ensure that we attract, retain, and develop a high-performing workforce. Your expertise will help us navigate the complexities of human resources in today's fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate talent management and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand HR needs.
  • Conduct training sessions on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Monitor HR trends and update policies accordingly.
  • Handle all aspects of employee relations and disciplinary actions.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee retention and satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in HR management or a related field
