Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and implementing HR strategies that foster a productive workplace. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage staff and initiatives aimed at enhancing company culture and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment and selection processes to fill vacancies promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Advocate for a positive workplace culture through targeted initiatives.
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  • Collaborate with external recruitment agencies when necessary.
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee well-being.
  • Manage annual employee performance review processes.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR databases.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the HR function.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • CIPD qualification is highly desirable

  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles with management responsibilities
