Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Learning and Development Coordinator to facilitate training programs and support employee development initiatives. The ideal candidate should be passionate about improving workforce skills and enhancing the learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to identify skills gaps and recommend tailored training.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions in various formats.
  • Foster a continuous learning culture across the organization.
  • Track training participation and report on outcomes.
  • Assist in the development of e-learning modules and resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Learning and Development or HR

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
