Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting a variety of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will play a key role in enhancing our workplace culture as well as supporting the overall business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment cycle and maintain talent pipelines.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
  • Assist in performance reviews and career development discussions.
  • Develop and disseminate HR newsletters or communications.
  • Ensure data integrity of HRIS and employee records.
  • Participate in employee disciplinary processes and grievance handling.
  • Maintain knowledge of employment legislation affecting HR practices.
  • Engage with external partners for training and development opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • Experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

Certifications
  • CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Human Resources Practice
