Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee and manage our HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with all HR regulations. You will work closely with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives, promoting a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver recruitment strategies that attract diverse talent.
• Ensure thorough onboarding processes for new hires.
• Manage employee relations issues and escalate as necessary.
• Implement training and professional development programs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and local labour laws affecting HR.
• Develop succession planning strategies to retain key talent.
• Create and distribute employee satisfaction surveys, analyzing feedback.
• Build strong relationships with employees and facilitate open communication.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Business Administration or Psychology
• CIPD Level 7 is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in a managerial HR role
