Job Description

We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our HR team in York. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing compensation strategies that align with company goals and market trends. You will analyse pay structures, ensuring equity and compliance, while providing recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop internal salary structures that reflect the company's value proposition.
  • Conduct market research to keep abreast of compensation trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Educate stakeholders on compensation strategies and their implications.
  • Provide guidance on compensation adjustments based on performance metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
  • CIPD or equivalent qualification is beneficial
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar HR compensation role
