Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing impactful training programs. Your expertise will foster a culture of continuous learning and enhance employee skills across various levels.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular assessments to measure training effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Foster a culture of learning by promoting training opportunities organisation-wide.
  • Work closely with the HR team to integrate learning and development with performance management.
  • Support the design and delivery of leadership development programs.
  • Lead initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace through targeted training.
  • Analyse training data to identify trends and inform future learning strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training aligns with company values and goals.
  • Document training processes and maintain training records in compliance with regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in training and development roles
