Job Description

The HR Generalist will be pivotal in managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the HR function, implementing HR policies, and providing support to both management and employees. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of employment law and experience in dealing with employee relations matters.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
  • Administer HR programs, including onboarding and performance reviews.
  • Advise on employee relations, helping to resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal compliance.
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops.
  • Monitor and report on key HR metrics.
  • Support the management in implementing HR strategies.
  • Assist in the development of a positive workplace culture.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Social Sciences
  • CIPD Level 7 is advantageous

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
