Job Description

We are seeking an HR Data Analyst to join our team in Swansea. In this role, you'll analyse HR metrics and data to support strategic decision-making and enhance our workforce management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of recruitment strategies and their effectiveness.
  • Assist in the evaluation and enhancement of employee training programs.
  • Provide support for various HR projects focusing on data analysis.
  • Engage in benchmarking HR practices against industry standards.
  • Compile data to support compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field
  • Master's degree in HR or Data Science is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR analytics or data management
