Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of recruitment strategies and their effectiveness.
Assist in the evaluation and enhancement of employee training programs.
Provide support for various HR projects focusing on data analysis.
Engage in benchmarking HR practices against industry standards.
Compile data to support compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field
Master's degree in HR or Data Science is preferred

3+ years of experience in HR analytics or data management
