We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Southampton team. This role involves sourcing and placing candidates in diverse roles across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a passion for recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews and assessments of candidates.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the job market.
• Utilise applicant tracking systems to manage candidates.
• Host and attend recruitment events and job fairs.
• Prepare and present candidate shortlists to clients.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

Languages

• English: Fluent
