Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Employee Operations Examiner to oversee our employee operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The successful candidate will maintain accurate records, manage employee onboarding and offboarding, and provide support for operational issues.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver courses in masonry, focusing on practical skills and application.
  • Create lesson plans and assessments that align with industry standards and qualifications.
  • Provide individual and group instruction to students, including feedback and support for skill development.
  • Participate in course and program development, including curriculum design and assessment strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in masonry and related trades.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that supports student success.
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments of student performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Relevant degree or vocational qualification in masonry or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching masonry or related subjects.
