Job Description

As an HR OD Consultant, you will be at the forefront of enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to design and execute strategies that foster a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of current HR practices and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for skill enhancement across various teams.
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, practices, and compliance with UK employment laws.
  • Use data analytics to develop actionable insights for organizational improvement.
  • Collaborate on talent acquisition strategies to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of HR initiatives on employee engagement and productivity.
  • Actively participate in strategy meetings and contribute to HR planning.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a related field
  • Chartered membership in relevant bodies is desirable
Experience
  • 5+ years of proven experience in HR or Organizational Development roles
