Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our Edinburgh team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, with strong communication skills and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
  • Create and post job adverts across multiple platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
  • Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews.
  • Partner with team members to enhance recruitment processes.
  • Collect feedback and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition roles
