Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
Create and post job adverts across multiple platforms.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews.
Partner with team members to enhance recruitment processes.
Collect feedback and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Master's degree in HR or related field is advantageous
Experience
3+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition roles
